Mike did 3 inspections for and thanks to him we feel extremely confident about our final choice. He is extremely professional and detailed. Leading up to my inspection, Mike Toth was very responsive and made sure I understood the costs and inspection process. I arrived about an hour into the inspection and Mike was happy to answer my questions and even walk the house with me. I was never made to feel uncomfortable asking any question. I was buying an older home and found Clever to do my inspection as well as air and mold sampling and lead paint samples. They were on time and very thorough! I was able to speak with Mike at the end of the inspection and he showed anything major that was going on. I received the inspection report within an hour after the inspection!
