We are purchasing a home in Palm Beach Gardens and needed an inspection. Our realtor recommended Clever Inspections, and the experience could not have been better. The report was the most extensive one I have ever seen. There was serious detail, and there was nothing important or expected missing. There was an additional doc with the details of things that needed attention. For the cost of the inspection, I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Clever and give the firm 5 stars. In addition, it was a pleasure dealing with Mike.

I would recommend this company and use Clever Inspections again, as i was and is very contended with the inspection done at my prospective home. I was very pleased with the explanations given to me and even when a call was placed more further explanation about certain concerns, this was done promptly with no hesitations. Working with Mike was great. I used his services after hurricane Irma to inspect one of my client's home. The very thorough and detailed report allowed me to present the claim to insurance company for which we settled for a much higher amount than what the initial offer was for.

He even came back out a month later at a discounted rate after they sellers fixed the issues, so that I could make sure everything was good. Friendly, professional, and on time. I was buying an older home and found Clever to do my inspection as well as air and mold sampling and lead paint samples. They were on time and very thorough! I was able to speak with Mike at the end of the inspection and he showed anything major that was going on. I received the inspection report within an hour after the inspection! It was easy to follow and understand. I would definitely use them again and have been recommending them to everyone!
