Good work deserve good recommendation I saw testimonies from several people on this page talking about Mrs Claire Brandon and i also decided to give it a try if i would share mine also. Mike was professional and very thorough. I had my reports back in a timely manner. I will also be doing some rehab with them because I felt I could trust him, which is huge. I highly recommend.

Mike was awesome, our home inspection was on and then off due to other issues, but when house was back in contract, Mike stepped up his game and put inspection back on for the same day, right there he had my full respect. I would recommend this company and use Clever Inspections again, as i was and is very contended with the inspection done at my prospective home. I was very pleased with the explanations given to me and even when a call was placed more further explanation about certain concerns, this was done promptly with no hesitations. I remain very pleased and open to use Clever Inspection Services again.

Mike Toth is the best. He was extremely thorough and took the time to go over and explain everything he was looking at and why he was looking at it and what we would have to do if there was an issue. He was very responsive when I reached out to him and very easy to schedule with. He showed up perfectly on time and got right into the inspection. His prices are extremely reasonable for the high-quality service he provides. I will always recommend him to someone in need of a home inspection in South Florida!

Hands down the best inspection company I've used! As a realtor, I recommend Mike both to my clients and for properties that I'm purchasing myself. He's thorough, responsive, and gets his reports turned around the same day. Well worth the cost of inspection and then some.

Mike did 3 inspections for and thanks to him we feel extremely confident about our final choice. He is extremely professional and detailed. Anything you want to know about the house will be on his report. I have to say I was skeptical about inspections before Mike because I had never heard great things about inspections but he has definitely changed my perception on this part of the process and I now appreciate them much more.
And to top it off he is extremely friendly and will answer all your questions with patience.

Awesome service. Needed a house inspected so I called a few company's for quotes. Spoke with Mike and instantly felt right, and knew I was going to go with Clever. Not only that he came out the next day. He would’ve even come the same day but the house was occupied. So thumbs up for that too. Another cool thing is I got his direct number and he’s flexible so 5 stars from me bud!!! 😎

Mike was very helpful during the inspection process. We were personally given a full run down about everything going on in the house with explanations whenever we asked. The company was very professional and easy to communicate with.
